What Exactly is "Psychiatric Medication Management?"
Great question! Psychiatric medication management is where you meet with a medical provider with prescriptive authority who is an expert in treating mental health symptoms with medications. These appointments are every 1-3 months depending on how you are doing.
We Offer Telemedicine
The demands of life do not stop for your appointments. We recognize how difficult it can be to leave work and navigate traffic for an appointment, or perhaps to have debilitating anxiety or depression where leaving the house is challenging. Telemedicine allows you to be seen from anywhere that is private using a secure tele-video platform. Yes, this means even your house or work office!
Payment & Insurance
Intrepid Mental Wellness is not currently contracted with any insurance carriers. Payment for services is charged the day of your scheduled appointment to your card on file. Although IMW does not accept insurance plans, we can provide you with a "superbill" which is like a receipt for services.

Moods are not created in the mind alone, but in partnership with the body. Ask anyone who has eaten ice cream to cheer themselves up, and they'll tell you that's true. What we feed the body can have an enormous impact on how we feel.
Depression is a complex disorder, a condition triggered by biochemical, environmental, and psychological influences. Although patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder often experience bouts of depression, their condition is far more complex.
